The customer service is fantastic! Easy to set up, clean interface and promising ROI. The art department will design for you, but we chose to design in house.
Great user interface! We love this app, it is a one stop shop to handle everything. They offer great filters so you can really hone in on a target audience.
Post Pilot has been a pleasure to work with. We have seen great results from sending direct mail. Tom is very knowledgable and responsive, and has been a huge help.
Super easy to install, use, and automate. A marketers dream. Not to mention the PostPilot design team knows exactly how to get you set up with campaigns that mimic your branding.
Responsive developers. New features being added. There are some features I wish it had like address verification, but these are still in development. Overall I'd recommend PostPilot.
Great service. Postcards are definitely underrated but they are the way to go when you're trying to retarget your customers. I combined this with some emails and it definitely works!
It's been a really seamless process to date and we sent out our first campaign within a few days of launching. Overall, very happy with the experience and excited to see our initial results
Post Pilot is the best way for a D2C brand to start using postcard marketing. The easy Shopify integration, ROI tracker, and Klaviyo-style funnels make post-pilot second to none. 5/10 stars.
Our experience with PostPilot has been amazing! Their insights have been truly valuable and the quality of their customer service is impeccable. PostPilot has elevated our marketing efforts!
Post Pilot is a great add-on for our ecom business! Tom and his team are very smart, great communicators and the numbers speak louder than words! Post Pilot will be a main-stay for us for sure!!
