Postscript SMS Marketing

We had a little issue with some functions when it comes to Campaigns but Sylvia and Tyler in the customer support team did an unbelievable job at being responsive and helping out.

Awesome way to engage with your customer base and drive sales! Sats are clear and easy to track, along with a very user friendly UI! Quick and responsive customer support as well!

Taylor was very patient with me and helped answer my questions to navigate the system. She took time to explain the entire process to me and committed to following up. Thank you!

This app is INSANE! SMS is the future and Postscript is leading the pack! So many customization tools, and the support team is quick and helpful (shout out Shannon). This is a must!

I am new and just getting started, but I've found their customer chat to be very communicative and helpful. They do their best to test and resolve issues. Great for small business.

Switched from another program and the customer service is amazing! I've had to contact customer service twice with questions and BOTH times, service was excellent! Highly recommend!

by far my favorite app for my business! SMS marketing has been a game-changer for us. We saw immediate results. Taylor & all other customer support reps have always been SO helpful.

Great customer support! I was able to jump on a chat with a super knowledgeable person who helped me right away. They resolved my issue and got me onto the rest of my day. Thanks!

Postscript has seamlessly helped us hit our stride with our SMS triggers and broadcasts. Its UX is easy to use and provides you with the tools needed to run a successful SMS program.

So far I am loving this app! It makes SMS marketing really easy to implement and understand. Everyone on the Postscript team that I've interacted with is incredibly helpful and kind!
