Postscript SMS Marketing

Our team was hesitant because we don't have a ton of experience managing SMS but the Postscript team was extremely responsive and recommended best practices that actually worked! The app is intuitive, comprehensive and easy to manage and track performance. We are especially impressed by their customer service and regular updates based on customer feedback too!

I changed to their new plan - "charge by usage" - like four days ago, to save some money because I didn't use SMS Marketing as much. I went from paying $50 a month, to being charged $987 in three days out of nowhere. I literally sent out two campaigns and have 511 subscribers.

Before this, I used this app occasionally and it went well, but this was outrageous.

Even if the app sucked, the level of support these guys offer is beyond anything I've ever received. I'd totally give a great review on that alone. Luckily the app itself is actually amazing and I've already generated a 3X ROI on what it would cost for the paid version after 1 week on the trial. Definitely going to be fully implementing and scaling with this one!

Okay, so let me tell you about Faith! She is a total rockstar. I have contacted support teams from Facebook, Shopify, Smile rewards, and Postscript all in the past 3 days and Faith by far has been the most helpful, knowledgeable, and informative! We just started using Postscript and so far so good! Have had a couple of questions and Postscript Customer Service has gotten back to me within 5 minutes each time. Very helpful and walked me through everything. We have definitely seen an uptake in sales with Postscript also. I'm sure as we get everything set up better, we will see an even bigger difference! Can't wait!
