Porshai from the postscripts team was so helpful. We where not able to log into our app and connect with customers. She found the issue and make another long in for both of our stores while we reach out to shopify to get the issue fixed so we are still able to log in and connect with client. I use Postscript to market to our biggest customers and supporters. I haven't been on the app long but am enjoying its functionality! I wish there had been a little more clarity on how the credits work (I used too many at the beginning but understand now). I have already seen an ROI and like engaging with our audience in this interactive way!

This is a great app that lets me send engaging sms & mms messages to my customers. It's a great marketing tool and on a customer, by customer basis, it can definitely a be a better converter than e-mails. Super fast customer service and more than once the quality control before a message is sent has saved us. Great app that we definitely recommend.

What a great app to start with your SMS marketing. We had no issues during the installation. Setting up new SMS campaigns was very easy and straightforward. They have a ton of helpful resources on their website which is a big plus. We contacted customer service once as we had very specific questions and got a reply within 10 minutes. So far so good!

This app is very user friendly and makes text message marketing so simple. I’m so happy I came across this app, and the customer service is amazing! Excellent customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful. I get nervous utilizing apps with my website because i dont totally understand the back end.
