Postscript SMS Marketing

I used this app to help create a phone subscription sign up and customer subscription list for my store. I like the app a lot however there were a few things I was confused on. I went to chat support and Faith from PostScript was extremely helpful in answering all my questions very fast and informatively. She was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend to others!

Postscript has been a great tool for driving revenue. It’s easy to use, and I’m seeing very strong results from focusing on SMS as a marketing channel (higher click rates and conversion rates than email by far). I’ve more than made my money back on Postscript – it’s working so well I even started requiring phone numbers from customers during checkout. Plus, the gifs are fun!

I'm really new to SMS marketing, but Postscript makes it super easy to get started! They have all the automations set up for you already, which is really convenient and nice. A HUGE plus to Postscript is their customer service! It's probably one of the best service I've received, especially from Michael! He is so helpful and hilarious. I would highly recommend Postscript :)

I'm always hesitant about apps rated a full 5.0 stars, but now I can see why. Their customer service is amazing, and they really try to help you out whenever you need it. From a ROI perspective, their app has saved me so much money compared to the other apps, and the cherry on top is that this POSTSCRIPT has given back incredible return. Absolutely recommend it. So far so good, the app does what it says. Also, they do have amazing support, they have live support chat not one of chats that actually send an email that is responded to in a nonspecific amount of time. We will continue to build out the app with the help of their support team, the integrations are also perfect for us. Out CS team can answer texts from their Zendesk account.

After a lot of research and back and forth, our team is really happy we chose Postscript. They make getting started very easy with templates and walk-throughs. Their customer service chat feature is really helpful. We immediately started making sales from our text campaigns (while on the free trial!) and are looking forward to even more growth in the future. Highly recommended!

This app could be revolutionary for my business! I cannot wait to build subscribers and get going. I have to mention Shannon - we had some teething problems as based in the UK and she was amazing!!!! Postscript solves all of our issues for an automated 2-way SMS solution. Not only is it an intuitive setup, but they have plenty of tools (abandoned cart, shipping tracking) and integrations (Recharge, Klaviyo, Gorgias) that make this a seamless solution for us.
