Great app to do text marketing! Fairly easy setup and great customer service! I do think it's a bit more expensive than other text platforms, but I think I prefer it because of the ease of use and the upfront pricing.
I love how we can interact directly with customer's phones, it's like meeting them in person. The campaign feature is also great for promotions. The app is easy to set up and use. Customer service is prompt and great!
I have just installed this app about a month ago and so far I have already seen conversions, I had some questions and Morgen was very helpful and answered them thoroughly! i highly recommend this app for your business!
I've had some issues with Postscript accidentally filtering our messages which has been hard but Michael from customer support has been such a great help with everything in regards to getting this problem figured out.
Platform is great and userability is amazing. Really customisable and easy to use! Customer service is great as well (Zev) dealt with an issue for us and it was resolved within minutes. Really friendly and professional!

I love this app!! The flows are amazing and I love that I can send pictures and GIFS to my customers they love them and they love they can respond back to us in a message and ask questions! Customer service is top notch@

Recently implemented Postscript and excited to use it for our SMS marketing campaigns. The customer support team is extremely helpful and very fast at responding! I highly recommend Postscript to any e-commerce business.
