Shannon from customer service is an absolute rockstar and assisted in resolving a problem quickly and decisively! No one we'd rather work with. Honestly, we cannot say enough about Postscript. The tool has provided excellent conversion numbers, they're incredibly easy to work with, and the customer service is top notch. Amazing partners!

The customer support for this app is outstanding. The person I chatted with linked me to an updated article that had all the details I needed. I appreciated that the article was updated last week with current screen shots. Nothing worse than a help article that hasn't been refreshed in a coupel of years. Also, love the gif option in chat.

So far, the customer service has been amazing. Zev helped me with some questions I had, EVEN on a SUNDAY. He was able to answer all my questions and seemed genuinely happy to help me! He's quite funny as well. I look forward to seeing what else this app has to offer and will leave an updated review after I've used it for a month or two! :)

We love Postscript! The app is really easy to use to set up automations or to send campaigns. There are several great options for adding integrations to help build your SMS list. And Postscript's support is also super quick and helpful – which we have not found to be the case with other SMS providers! Would definitely recommend Postscript!

This app is soooo impressive. The setup and help is amazing. My onboard team of Simon and Meagan were amazing. Always there to answer questions and kept me movin' forward on set up. Implementing SMS has been a GAME CHANGER! We average 10-15k a month in abandoned cart SMS messages and monthly sale broadcasts bringing in 10-20k PER TEXT!! If you run a store with a younger demo, you NEED Postscript or you are leaving thousands on the table. The guys at Postscript are fantastic and we couldn't be happier to be using them!

It is so nice that Postscript easily integrates with Shopify, so most of the work for the automated campaigns was already done for us. Glad we made the switch to Postscript.

We were hesitant about choosing text subscribers over email subscribers in the beginning but the results from texts are WAY better than email! After about 2 weeks, we took off our email subscribe pop up and only have our Postscript pop up now, been like that for over a month and we're never going back!! Plus, the team and Postscript is amazing!

I am a HUGE fan of Postscript. I've used Klaviyo SMS in the past and it was a complete nightmare.Postscript makes everything simple and they're so responsive whenever I have an issue. Which is probably the best value I have found.
