Postscript SMS Marketing

This message is for the Shopify Community, I haven't been able to have a proper test so far. I'm just in the process of setting this App up, but I couldn't wait to share how impressed I am with the level of customer service they provide to make sure we get this done. I'll update this review after about the SMS Marketing capabilities.

Postscript is a well rounded SMS marketing app and so much easier and effective than email marketing. The support has been outstanding so far. We are truly impressed by this app. We have been using email marketing for years and do not know why we waited so long to make the switch to SMS marketing. Well worth the money. Keep up the great work.

One of the best SMS apps in the industry. On par with emotive and no up front fees. We had a technical issue because I removed the "ref" code from the initial message and after extensive troubleshooting Taylor a highly skilled and friendly support staff fixed my issue. I will now be using Post script with all my stores!

You can tell post script have invested in the right support which is the most important thing for a company.

This app has been a must-have for our marketing funnel arsenal. I'm an owner of a digital marketing agency in Miami Florida, and trust me, my team and I have tried dozens of apps for SMS - none of them come close to Postscript. They make everything absolutely easy + incredible customer service/assistance from experts on not only their platform but on suggesting best practices for funnels.
Trust me, you wont go wrong with Postscript.

Be careful. They will lock you into a contract and auto renew it with no notice. We wanted to cancel but unfortunately we were about a week after renewal date. Instead of understanding our situation and charge a prorated fee or any other solution, they were asking a $7,392.42 buyout fee. They don't care, no exceptions, whatever your circumstances might be. We are stuck paying for this app for another half year even though we wanted to switch back to Klaviyo.

Working with Postscript is truly a privilege. The team support they provide, the ability to reach them anytime and get a response, was crucial for me. Our regular meetings have made us even more successful in SMS marketing. They stay ahead of the curve on SMS marketing developments. We left Postscript for a short time, but when we didn't see what we were promised, we returned. We continue with Postscript. Their team support, friendly staff, pricing, and contribution to the company's growth truly set them apart.

I deleted the app and its been out of my shopify account for over 2 months now only to find out that postscript is charging me €25 a month for not even using a single thing with their application. Ridicilious! Use this app if your ready to pay for it, other wise dont download it

Customer service on this app is amazing! I spoke with Meg and she helped me fast and easy. She walked the steps with me and made everything happen so quickly. I love this app!
