Micheal was my rep and he was amazing to say the least. He went above and beyond to help me set up. I am new to this SMS app but with his help I am all set to go and the response time was great.
Excellent customer service! Had a feature I wanted to have them implement on the app and they built it out and inserted in the same day! Great app, great customer service. They respond in seconds.
Love this app! I initially had trouble getting it to automatically pop-up on my site but I chatted with Faith from customer service and she was SO helpful! Got it done for me exactly how I wanted.

Faith is so helpful! She assisted in getting my billing issues taken care of. Zen did an awesome job helping me setup automations and answering questions I had. I really appreciate his willingness to help.

Amazing customer support team & a super user-friendly platform! Walks you through the process of making landing-page signups, creating campaigns, & getting user-compliance. Pumped to keep building our SMS program!
