I've been using it for a month now. Customer support has been there all through my setup. Support staff is friendly and helpful. Really easy to get started. Integrates easily with Klaviyo and AfterShip.
The ease of implementation and customer support so far is amazing. Not just another app to install and uninstall. Cant wait to see how sms changes our business. Special thanks to Shannon for being great!

This app is amazing! It has so many features to help automate your marketing. The support team is also great and quick to answer any questions you may have to make your text marketing the best it can be!

Absolutely fantastic SMS app! Within 12 hours of installing we generated over $1000 with just a mobile pop up!! Haven't even gotten the rest of it set up yet. Very excited and grateful to find postscript!
We were looking to convert from email to SMS marketing. We spoke with a couple of companies and found Postscript in the App Store. Overall, very easy to use, friendly customer service and a great price.
We just started using Postscript yesterday and are loving the progressive nature of the app. It is also an extremely affordable way to market as we grow our small business! The chat support is crazy fast!
I just downloaded it not too long ago and so far am loving it and all it's features. I had a question about set up and the customer service rep Zev was SUPER FAST getting back to me. So far, very pleased.
I have only been using Postscript for like 3 days but it seems to be a great SMS platform. Much better and straight forward compared to one I have used in the past. And their chat support is very helpful!
