Postscript SMS Marketing

I love Postscript for our SMS program. It integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo and Shopify, allowing us to have a robust omnichannel marketing presence and offer exclusive access to our SMS list. Postscript's customer service is also top-notch! You won't be disappointed with the functionality and operations of this mighty app.

The customer service team has been extremely helpful especially with bringing over my existing customer list and getting them put into this new texting system. Still trying to figure everything out as far as the service is concerned but so far I am very satisfied with the Postscript service & the customer service is top notch!

I tried this app out for the free 30 days & it was obvious it would pay for itself. My results were great. Super pumped to add this type of marketing to my business plan. I have loved how easy it is to use. Also, Bryan in customer service is awesome. He's always so quick to respond and always helps me out when I have questions.

This app has helped bring customers to my website, especially since Facebook doesn't show in newsfeeds for groups/pages like it once did. I am able to send out discount codes, let me girls know when new arrivals are live, etc. To add, the customer service is top notch: I needed help today, and Sylvia was great and very prompt!!

The support team is super responsive. Getting up and running was smooth. SO easy to connect to Shopify and SO many ways to cross/up-sell and more with Postscript connected to Shopify. While we are still learning the ins and outs of postscript, their customer service team has been phenomenal! We’ve had many associates help us, but namely Michael this evening- who stayed late to help implement a feature that had been giving us trouble.
