Taylor was AWESOME!! She was a such big help and was quick to answer any questions I had with great knowledge all around! I have a lot on my plate and she helped put my worries at ease. Thank you Taylor!!
Love this app! My customer's love getting text messages, and the customer service is top notch! I've used a few other services and none are as good as Postscript. So user friendly; I'm a customer for life!
Best text messaging app I have used thus far. Customer service is great, Shannon did an excellent job answering all my questions and helping me to get set up correctly. Highly recommend this app, high ROI!
Postscript is great! I have found that using it has really kept my sales up compared to using only social media marketing. Thanks so much to Faith in customer service for helping me when I needed it today!
We used this app to set up our subscription management for Recharge & Shopify via SMS and so far it's making everything run much smoother. Really simple setup and great, prompt and helpful customer support.
I've tested a few SMS options out there, and feel PostScript is the best. They stand out for theire exceptional customer service, and the overall experience for both my team and our customers is excellent.
I love postscript It has really helped elevate my brand with staying in front of our customers. The customer service is on point and very helpful. Most campaigns that we have ran have been very successful.
We love PostScript! Jared & Tyler were super helpful in answering all of our (many) questions. Excellent setup team who will help you along the way! The incremental 10k a month in sales doesn't hurt either.
I just started using this app, installed it didn't really set it up and got a conversion in the first week, customer support is awesome, Sherrod helped me during offline hours. Would definitely recommend it.
I'm new to this app but have already gotten excellent help from the onboarding team as well as the chat. That's an excellent sign of great things to come! Initial onboarding was fast and easy, and very clear.
