PowerX ‑ Functions Creator

This has been a great addition to our Shopify store. Their discount feature has been especially helpful, giving us much more control over how discounts apply across products and variants. It has made running promotions smoother, helped us avoid discounting add-ons that should stay full price, and saved us a lot of manual work. Their support team has also been quick and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

I had been looking for an app like this for quite some time, and PowerX Functions Creator fully meets my needs. The range of settings and functions is very extensive and even goes beyond what I currently require.

What I especially appreciate is the very friendly, fast and helpful support. Questions are answered quickly and professionally, which makes working with the app even more pleasant.

I needed a Shopify functions app that could actually handle tactical, order-level discounting at a scale of thousands of orders a month. PowerX delivered. Before rolling it out, we had our tech team validate the deep feature set and it held up to all their scrutiny. It's become one of the most useful tools in our stack. On top of that, the support team is genuinely best-in-class -- responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've had questions. Can't recommend it enough.

Poor, unprofessional customer support. Do not download this app.

Customer support is unhelpful and unprofessional. Rep Hujjat sent a video instead of actually helping. When the video did not resolve the issue, his only answer was: "I sent you a video" and "you are new on Shopify"!. He got too personal and provided zero real assistance.

When I expressed my frustration, his response was: "I’m not afraid of negative reviews." This alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect from this team.

Avoid.

P.S. The app owner's public response to this review is further proof. Rather than addressing the issues raised, he characterized my statement that I would leave an honest review to warn others — a standard consumer right — as a "threat." That reframing speaks for itself. Proceed with caution.

Fantastic app with great support!
PowerX satisfies all our needs when it comes to advanced discount features, and everything is built in a way that is incredibly easy to understand and set up. On top of that, their customer service is extremely helpful and responds within a very short time. Highly recommended!

PowerX helps me get our complicated discount code setup working. We like to offer 1 code that applies a different discount to either a subscription or non-subscription.

Used the app to set up layered cart logic required by the brand and it worked well. Support is quick and helpful and will be there to help find the best solution for you and your business.

First off: you’re talking to real humans. And second, they are super quick, helpful, and even added another function in a very short time upon request.

The app also tackles multiple levels of functionality we didn’t have before in Shopify, it’s a super smart system. Tiered discounts, volume discounts - it’s easy to set up and runs smoothly.

This app has done for us what no other app could. On top of the great flexibility of the app, the team has been so helpful. They've even gone as far as adding a filter option for me to be able to do something I need to. I've been so impressed by this app and the team running it. I strongly recommend this app if you need to run complex discounts.

I have searched for months for an app that would solve my discounts problem. We often have orders that go over 35 line items, and the built-in Shopify automatic discounts stop working after 35 lines. This app solved that problem instantly. I also needed a little bit of help with the setup, and I got an answer within minutes from support. I have not explored the rest of the app, but I am excited to see what else we can do now that we have this app.
