I think the price is ridiculous for the design and functionality of the application.
Thank you for being with us for over three years, and for the honest feedback. We’re sorry the app doesn’t feel like a good value right now. Our plans start with a free option, and the Starter plan covers most store locator needs for a small number of locations, so it may be worth checking whether your current plan still fits how you use the map. We’d also love to hear which design or functionality improvements would make the biggest difference for you. ⚠UPDATE: While our opinion of the customer service remains, we have grown dissatisfied with this app. We are unsure if there's been a recent change in the plans and what they offer but the plans are quite outrageous in what they offer based on what they cost.
The free plan is now limited to 3 locations only, the next tier goes up to 10, the next one up to 50 and the final tier, the most costly one, has unlimited locations. We are a small business yet we have over 70 points of sale, it is ridiculous they expect small businesses to go for the extra costly plan for simple pins on a map (that do not even provide directions)
At the listed prices, the app is way too limited in features AND in the address limit.
We will cancel our plan subscription and migrate towards a different Store Locator solution as many of the alternative solutions offer more features, more customization options and are much more accessible with either free plans or very affordable plans.
I've been searching for a maps app for almost a year, and this is the one! So easy to install and use. We're an online business but use the map to showcase our brick & mortar retailers. This map integrated seamlessly on our homepage and is a great asset for our customers!
I have just installed the app today. So far has been super easy to get up and running. I had an issue with the directions link not showing in the pop up bubble, and live chat support was quick to take care of it for me. They also were able to answer a few other questions and provide workarounds for what they weren't able to do. I installed the app after inserting a similar map/list that was supplied by Google, but didn't adjust based on type of device being used. This app automatically scales to mobile devices and desktop.
POWr support answered right away and was able to fix my issue for updating into a new theme quickly. Great customer support. Thank you
Post sales support is excellent and I really like the integration feature into google sheets. Would highly recommend this app.
The customer service is unbelievable! It's much easier than other mapping apps and more affordable too. They continue to exceed my expectations. I've used other mapping/ find a store maps and this is much better!

Very user-friendly. So far, I had an issue with updating the position of the Location Panel and reached out to support. Luiz was very quick to resolve the issue!
The Powr Store Locator is quite useful and the customer service is very responsive and help me resolve the issue efficiently. Surely I'll recommend!
