We installed the PreOrder Bat app and after some minor trouble setting it up, Ankit from PreOrder Bat helped us straight away. He got the app up and running very quickly.

It's super simple to navigate and integrated with our custom theme well.

This is the best app for preorder and so simple to use. For any assistance you may need, their help center answers your questions very quickly and are knowledgeable in their software.

Thanks to Jimmy for all the help he gave me with setting up the app. He was very helpful.

He was also able to give me info on a new upcoming feature for the app that allows partial payment to be taken at pre-order time with the remainder paid at order fulfillment time.

Great App. I was looking for similar app for some time. This one seems that will do the job. Jignesh was very helpful and reacting immediately. I have for him few more tasks to make it perfect. Definitely worth to try.

Hoy instalé la aplicación y me sorprende que sea gratis, tiene todas las funciones que necesito para mi negocio y la atención para la instalación fue inmediata! muy recomendado!

Excellent support. Helped within 10 minutes of identifying the issue. Thank you!
