Bat Preorders & Back In Stock

Helpful support, Pre-order bat seems better than the other apps we have previously tried.

Great support! Had a small issue and they fixed it immediately.

amazing customer service and the function of the actual product is great

So happy to have found an App that can have both Pre-order and Email when back in stock options run at the same time - most apps can only run one at a time. I required some button customizations for my store and Sam was super helpful in getting this sorted. Thanks for the great App and the even better customer support.

Vin had a fast response, in just minutes. The experience I had here is top notch and on point. These kinds of thing matter to a small buisiness, like mine. I every customer service department operated like this, wiht people like Vin, the whole tech industry would be way better! Keep up the great work, Vin!!

Perfect, just what I needed it for. Customer support is 100% spot on as well

The app is pretty easy to figure out. It works better with some themes than others but the tech support is fantastic and they were able to help me shake out the few small issues with my theme selection. Sam and Vinay were super helpful getting my preorder setup dialed in!

The app was exactly what I was looking for. It offers a wide range of great features and works seamlessly with my store. On top of that, the support was outstanding—Sameer was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

Great and effective tool. Very fast and helpful support!!
