I can't believe this is a free app. It does exactly what I need it to do. I want to be able to keep selling one of my products even when I don't have it in stock, and I was combing the internet for a low-cost solution. And here is this elegant answer to my problem, right in the Shopify app store.

I didn't enable the app at first, and so I thought it wasn't working correctly, but it was a "me error." I reached out to customer support and Vinay answered immediately and walked me through it. I'm heading out on vacation and it feels great to know I won't have to worry about managing inventory for this product if demand surges.

Nice app and the support has been really helpful. Everything runs smoothly, and it’s easy to navigate. However, payments are not supported in the country i'm in so it's hard to use. Howeverm, whenever I had questions, the support team responded quickly and resolved my concerns efficiently. Overall, a great experience!

I recently installed Bat Preorder and was a bit unsure about the initial settings. I reached out via chat, and Vinay was incredibly helpful and responsive. He walked me through the entire process using clear instructions and screenshots, making the setup seamless. I’m all set and looking forward to running my first preorder!

.. a bit early to tell. Easy to set up, customer services made contact asking if I need help as soon as I downloaded the app. So far so good...

Je cherchais une application simple pour activer les précommandes sur ma boutique, l'installation est assez simple néanmoins elle n'est pas traduite en français mais ce détail est totalement gérable avec une traduction automatique. J'ai rencontré un problème de mise en page sur une option mais avec l'aide de Sameer et de son développeur Usman, cela a été très vite résolu. Je souligne la rapidité et la performance de ce service.
