PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock

I love this app for so many reasons! It's very intuitive and is exactly how I envisioned it working when I was daydreaming about what I needed to make my website more functional...even before I even an app like this existed.

There was one formatting change I approached the support team with to see if it was even doable (honestly, i wasn't very hopeful) but within the hour, they fixed it exactly the way I asked! Wow! Talk about great customer service!

I'm learning that you can create the most spectacular app on the planet but if your customers can't figure it out and you can't communicate with them about it then what good is it? With Globo you get the best of both worlds. A great app with excellent customer service.

P.S. This is my 2nd app Globo app. The Globo Product Options, Variant has been a godsend, too.

I'm not quick to write poor reviews. I realize things can happen and have been patient. I was super hopeful when I first installed the app, but after 2 emails to support, with no response, I had to delete the app because it was it causing items on my site to appear as if they were out of stock, when they weren't. I deleted the "test" product in case that was the culprit, but that didn't solve my problem. I have 2 instances of specific SKUs where the app appears to recognize the stock level and act accordingly. But for most of my SKUs I found that it seemingly arbitrarily replaced "add to cart" with "backorder' (technically, I customized the wording of this button) and this includes items that are very clearly in stock. There doesn't appear to be a rule case that would affect basically all products, so nothing I can "fix." It's a problem, and with no reply from support, what am I supposed to do but uninstall?

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I am with the customer service the Globo provides.

We've been using the app. for at least 8 months or maybe longer now. Anytime we have needed support, you have been there for us right away.

I sincerely appreciate how Sarah replies to emails typically within an hour, even on weekends!
It's so great working with a company that genuinely cares about their product and customers, addressing any problems immediately without complaint.
The response time is stellar and dedication to resolving issues is unmatched.
We've reached out more frequently in recent weeks, due upgrading to shopify 2.0 with a new theme.
Sarah and the team have remained attentive and helpful.
The customer service provided is a 5 out of 5 in my book!

Great app. Quick responses to any support enquiries. Very intuitive interface can easily allow you to create and edit pre-orders.

I had a minor integration issue, which was resolved by Sarah very quickly. She also helped customize it to match our display settings. Great Support!

Absolute worst pre-order app I've ever used. Search filters don't work, product categories dont sync, can't skip ahead pages in the list. Completely non-functional!
