Great app, the best if you are looking to handle preorders in your store, beasides the support and customer service is fast and great!, specially from Rosie, that helped us with a minor problem we had displaying the countdown, and solved it right away. Kudos to Rosie and Preorder Globo

Rosie is exceptional! She is currently helping me set up the app for me and going above and beyond with coding some stuff that I really need her to do! Shes patient and answers all my questions and goes above and beyond! Very Professional. The app is easy to use and I like how the have options to have partial payments to selected variants etc. Highly reccomend!

Really pleased with the support at Globo. They are very responsive and have managed to resolve any of the issues I have experienced. The support team are incredibly friendly and don't overwhelm with technical jargon enabling me to easily understand and continue to develop my store. This app is very useful for setting customer expectations and allowing orders to come in for things we traditionally had to just mark "out of stock" because they have lead time. Sarah, Gemma and Jay have been very helpful answering my questions and solving my requests. Quick reply, which I liked. The app is doing what is promised. I had trouble with this in Magento and made a shift to Shopify. PreOrder Globo has better features, so I am happy with it.

Very supportive regarding custom import of existing mail list. Suggest improving the template so users can DIY instead of relying on the team. But overall good experience migrating data

The customer service support is very good.
It's a useful app that I use often, but the problem is that it sometimes behaves strangely, probably I think may be, there are bugs here and there.

But,when I asked a question through the chat box, the response was prompt and prompt. That point is so good!
