PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock

Love it! We have been using this app for three years. It’s easy to set up and offers excellent customer support. It’s super practical for launching new items or for pre-sales of flagship products.

Unreliable app blocking access, followed by broken refund promises

My experience with Globo PreOrder has been extremely frustrating. The app blocked access and locked me out of my Shopify store entirely, keeping the store closed and frozen until the balance could be cleared.

When I reached out to support previously, they explicitly agreed in writing that if I settled the invoice, they would manually issue a full refund back to my card—with no mention of usage fees or deadlines.

However, once I paid to regain access to my store, they completely went back on their word.

They refused the full refund, tried to cherry-pick inactive time periods from the system logs to claim the app was "used" while locked out, and essentially wasted my time.

Be cautious if you run into billing or access disputes with them; written agreements from their support team may not be honoured.

Top tier support from an intelligent and caring team. Their product is good and they were happy to customise it to suit our brand. The basic plan is free too. They never mentioned money, ever. It was only right to upgrade to the paid tier, which is absolutely affordable, unlike many providers with a lot less to offer. Thanks, guys!

Excellent. Quick response and solved my setup issue with the new Theme Update. Being using preorder by Globo for awhile and it has worked flawlessly. A shout out to Helen for the great support!!

PreOrder Globo helps enable orders even when stocks for some products are yet to be available. Got a little hiccup setting it up but Globo customer service agent Helen helped me troubleshoot the issue and it's now working. Thank you, Helen and Globo!

We use the app to set up our Coming Soon page and build a pre-order waitlist. We ran into a minor display issue between desktop and mobile, but the support team was responsive and fixed it quickly. Genuinely helpful and much appreciated!

This is a fantastic pre-order app! We encountered a few minor issues at first, but the customer support team was incredibly fast and helpful in resolving them. Great app with an easy setup and the features I needed for preorders. I ran into an issue with my Add to Cart button, and Helen from the support team responded quickly, identified the cause immediately, and fixed it the same day. She explained exactly what was wrong and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great app overall. Highly recommend!

WOW...I have been trying to get many Pre-Order | Back in Stock Apps to work on my website and they either promise much and deliver little or are so complicated you need a PHD to change a buttons colour! However, PreOrder Globo | Back in Stock was the ultimate sweet spot. A perfect suite of functionality, easy of set up and customisation. The only thing better than the App, was their Customer Service. A big shout and hug for Helen! Even when my brain was hurting she was patient and addressed every issue with precision and a gentle dose of humour. She even went the extra yards and addressed a formatting conflict that brought the whole look together. I am thrilled. 10 stars is needed here. Thanks again Helen.

Great Customer service... I signed up and needed support immediately (not great with tech) and someone was there ready to support!! Super easy to set up i just needed someone to hold my hand lol
