I had an issue where my shops URL was showing up in my test emails, and Helen assisted me in solving the issue. She took the time to check out the problem, and come up with a solution. Overall, it was a really good experience with the helpdesk. Additionally, I had another issue where the "Enable App Embed" was not visible in my preorder Globo settings, and Mike walked me through how to fix that. Very happy with the customer service :)
