Prediko Inventory Management

Super helpful support onboarding. We were looking for a replacement for Stocky and Prediko ticked all the boxes! So far, we're really pleased with the platform.

We have been using Prediko for a month now and the level of visibility into our inventory and planning has completely revamped how we do our purchasing. The support has been extremely responsive and helpful in getting set up on the platform!

Prediko is awesome! We have been using it for a couple of months now. Love how simple the interface is and how easy it is to configure the settings. And their support is awesome, thank you, Amar! Any time I had an issue, it was resolved quickly. We previously used Inventory Planner, but found it too expensive and cumbersome to fine-tune, and their support lagged. Highly recommend checking this app out.

The support is awesome. They also have the AI chat help feature. This feature is quickly becoming a dealbreaker for me when working with new softwares.

They've got a great demand and supply plan, with just enough editing features to be effective. The PO management system is great as well. They've thought through a lot of the most important features. This is an excellent, updated, and simple app to use for such a complicated thing like demand planning and purchase management.

I've been really happy with it! We have a lot of ingredients to purchase for some of our products and they have a great PO process for this as well. It's not too simple, not too difficult.

Highly recommend if you still have a small team but need to start doing inventory planning.

Prediko has been a game-changer for our inventory planning. The platform makes forecasting and production planning super clear and actionable - but what’s really stood out is the support. Amar has been incredible - responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the tool. Highly recommend both the product and the team behind it.

This app is exactly what I needed to manage my inventory better. I love being able to see the "health" of every SKU, and filter in so many different ways to be able to see the data and act on it. We have had challenges with being overstocked on some items and too often out of stock with others, and Prediko is going to solve that.
Setting it all up took some time, but was well worth the effort. We are syncing with ShipHero, and that's been a great integration.
The support team answered all my questions and solved my issues with patience. Great product.

Great experience. Very user-friendly system that save lots of paper works.
Easy filter function for reordering items. Very impressed on the supplier detail set up. Not perfect on the PO editing function, but it's good enough prepare the PO and sync the stock with Shopify.

Amazing support via chat box and email response within hour. Quick and effectively support on the set up.

I've spent more time trying to narrow in on this app to no avail - it's always two steps forward and one step back. Ultimately, after months of trying and despite the team telling me this would work, this software is not capable of handling our bundle predictions.
