We tried Prediko as a replacement for Stocky since that's being deprecated, and it has quickly become an indispensable tool for our business. The approach of starting from a demand plan that we input is exactly what we were looking for and it's full of super useful features that gives us full visibility and control of our inventory. Plus, their support is very responsive when you need them.
Thank you for the shout-out and kind words, Team The Modern Dane!
We’re thrilled to hear Prediko has become an indispensable part of your workflow and a strong replacement for Stocky. Glad the demand planning approach and inventory visibility features are giving your team the control you were looking for!
Also, really appreciate the mention about our support team. We always aim to be as responsive and helpful as possible.
Please feel free to message us anytime if you need help with inventory planning or anything else.
Cheers🥂

They seem to always be available on the live chat and were very helpful...especially since I am at the early stages of learning the program.

Prediko has been a great addition to our Shopify stack. We were previously relying too much on spreadsheets for forecasting and replenishment planning, which became unsustainable as we scaled internationally.
The app gives us much better visibility on stock planning, helps us avoid stockouts, and makes purchase decisions faster and more data-driven. The team is also extremely responsive and helpful (thank you so much Youri). Great product, great support. Highly recommend!!
Thank you for the amazing review and kind words, Team NOOANCE PARIS!
We’re really glad to hear Prediko has helped you move away from spreadsheets and made forecasting and replenishment more scalable as you grow internationally. It’s great to know you’re getting better visibility, avoiding stockouts, and making faster, data-driven decisions.
Feel free to reach out anytime if you need help with planning or inventory.
Cheers🥂
Youri & Team Prediko
10/10 The team at prediko is exceptional. Youri is a visionary and listening to customer concerns to essentially make a super computer platform. The team as well is highly intelligent. Looking forward to what else these guys have in store. Best software to date. Worth every dollar.
Thank you for the kind words and shout-out, Team Carbon Imports!

support is extremely responsive, they have resolved all of my issues to date. I wish the app would allow unarchived products in Shopify to be automatically active in Prediko. I look forward to using the planning features.
The refresh is buggy and takes a long time to happen especially if you are busy need to get things done
Thank you for the kind words and shout-out, Team Underground Clothing.
We have taken a note of your feature request and passed it onto our product team :)
We look forward to you creating your demand plan for the whole year and planning POs for 12 months ahead.
Cheers,
Team Prediko
