Other reviews have stated that there's no regular improvements which we would have to strongly disagree with. There's been constant updates and extra services added on which we weren't even looking for but now avidly use.

Prediko has been amazing! The system integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making inventory management much easier. The team is also incredibly supportive and always willing to help answer questions and find solutions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and want them to succeed. Overall, a great tool backed by an even better team!

Great app. We've been working with it a lot and working hard to get it set up the right way. The support staff has been fantastic in many ways:
- Adding features that were not available
- Helping us with technical issues in ways that are not available on our end
- Doing lots of technical help very quickly
- Giving good responses, not just "we'll look into that"

We’ve been loving Prediko! The platform has been a great addition to our business and has made inventory planning and replenishment so much easier. Most importantly, their customer service is phenomenal! The team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. We’re very happy with Prediko and would absolutely recommend it to other Shopify businesses!

Overall: It's okay. Easy access to a number of useful metrics. Subjectively, it's somewhat pricey and never seems to really improve much.

Pros: Lots of data, interface is easy to understand. Starts working quickly.
Cons: Interface is very space inefficient (columns with single letters taking up ~150 px), errors and weirdness in the data, bugs go reported and never fixed (like it's crazy to me that the filter for active items only still shows unlisted items months after i emailed them about it). Also, not only is the interface wasteful on screen real estate, but its actively gotten worse as they discontinued the old tool that was better for a new one... support said they would address that tab columns couldnt be shrunk down more like the old tool-- but then never did. Some metrics also just fail to work-- cool: you can show me 40 different metrics! uncool: 10 dont actually work. Also constantly pushing annoying AI in your face which is, on its best day, half as useful as just using Chatgbt. Also, how it calculates the prediction is both a black box, has limited customizations and sometimes is crazy flawed.

I actually built a more useful/customized tool just with spreadsheets and Chatgbt for effectively $0 extra dollars.

Incredibly useful app that genuinely simplifies inventory management and purchasing planning. The forecasting features make decision-making much clearer and save a ton of manual work. A special shoutout to Amar from the support team, he was quick to respond, understood our specific setup needs right away, and handled our account adjustments smoothly. Great platform with top-tier customer care! Highly recommended.

We have found Prediko to be the perfect replacement for Stocky. The support team were very helpful and imported our suppliers and purchase order history for us. This has enabled us to get up to speed quickly and smoothly.

PREDIKO checks all the boxes. Launched site at the end of last year and thought we'd have a little longer with stocky, but PREDIKO is even better. It does exactly what we need at a reasonable price.

We have thousands of products and dozens of vendors, but only one warehouse and ecommerce business. Our needs are very much around inventory analysis and forecasting/ordering and so far, it's done everything we need.

Doesn't have a lot of the legacy issues of Stocky (we used a few months) and the team has been very responsive with onboarding and listening to our feedback and actually making changes.

J’ai installé Prediko récemment, je n’ai donc pas encore assez de recul pour évaluer pleinement son efficacité sur la durée.

Cependant, mes premières impressions sont très positives : l’application semble complète et offre une bonne visibilité sur les stocks, les réapprovisionnements et les commandes.

Le support technique est également très réactif et a résolu mon problème rapidement.

J’ai hâte de voir les résultats sur le long terme !

This app is an absolute must have for any merchant listing a large number of products. The support is among the best you’ll find here. Even requests for changes to menu items were integrated into the app within an hour. An absolute no brainer.
