I've had an excellent experience with Notify Me! and their customer support team, particularly Mason.
He has helped me across both of my Shopify stores and has been incredibly friendly, efficient and quick to respond. He took the time to understand what I needed, helped me find suitable plans for my businesses and made everything straightforward.
He also introduced me to Convi, their AI shopping assistant, and arranged a personalised demonstration using my own store. It was impressive to see it answering questions using my website's information.
As a small independent business owner, I really appreciate this level of genuine customer care. Nothing has been too much trouble, and I never felt rushed or pressured.

Pearl & Grace were so helpful when I was navigating the various options the app offers. I'm thrilled to be able to offer pre-order. The app pulls from my brand colors and seamlessly creates the banners and widgets to blend right in. Both Pearl and Grace hung in there with me as I worked to understand exactly how to set up pre-order for my comfort level. So far so good! I believe this app is a great fit for my store.
I signed up for this app, and before it could load, we got an account suspension notice. When I contacted support, the rep said it was for "adult products". We're a family-friendly comics and games store with after school programs, so I was confused. They then cited a mature graphic novel by an award-winning creator, and refused to budge. This seems like a company with serious free speech issues, and likely an over-dependence on AI.

To clarify for you and for other merchants reading this: Notify Me! doesn’t support stores that sell sexually explicit products, including explicit media. This is set out in Section 6 of our Terms of Service, which is publicly available on our website and agreed to at install. Our automated review flagged a few products in your catalog, and a member of our team then reviewed your store by hand before any decision was made. We apply this policy the same way to every store, regardless of how much of the catalog those products make up.
This isn’t a judgment of your store, your customers, or the books you choose to carry. Notify Me! sends emails and SMS messages on behalf of thousands of stores, and email providers and SMS carriers have strict rules about adult content. Following those rules keeps our sending reputation healthy, so every merchant’s messages keep reaching their customers’ inboxes and phones without disruption.
We understand this isn’t the outcome you hoped for. Your trial ended without any charge, and if you’d like to talk it through, our team is always reachable at support@notify-me.io.

Amazing app and super fast service - my customization happen almost in 5-10 minutes when you need it. Most recently Pearl helped me as one of my items was going out of stock and she helped me put in a quick fix to make it feel more embedded with my theme. App is working well so far and giving my Shopify site the option to show products as in-stock and ready to ship, as well as pre-order options and notify me when available.
