I Tried another module before but this module is on another level and the customer care is simply the best, download it now!
top sia nel suo lavoro che per l'assistenza
They were very helpful throughout the process and guided us in the right direction at every step. A proactive development team that delivers high-quality work. Special thanks to Bjorn.
AMAZING Customer service. You are actually dealing with real people, unlike Cart2Cart where I've given up on as has been 3 days of chasing and no human tech support response with a migration I paid for but they migrated a demo instead. Prestashop Importer stays with you until the problem (if any) is FIXED, it's great!
Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to leave this review! We were happy to help!
Works perfectly and the technical team are amazing. Thank you for help me to migrate mi store.
Support technique formidable très réactif et professionnel malgré de très nombreux problèmes a corriger. Merci de votre patience, bonne continuation
This app made our PrestaShop to Shopify migration much easier than expected. The support team was always quick to respond and guided us through the setup step by step. They understood our specific needs, helped us configure everything properly, and made the whole process feel smooth and reliable.
If you’re moving your store from PrestaShop to Shopify, this is definitely a tool I’d recommend.
