Working with PDQ has made our checkout feel like a true extension of our experience. The team helped us roll out dynamic checkout content, a checkout upsell.
What stood out most was the localization. Every extension adapts to the shopper's locale and displays in English or Arabic, so customers get a personalized, native experience, and the UI stays fully aligned with our brand guidelines. PDQ took our requests seriously and delivered exactly what we asked for. We'd recommend them to any brand looking to get more out of their checkout.
PDQ is my favorite app/vendor to work with. We have been able to provide a much better customer experience because of the features available through this app. The team is also fantastic to work with, always providing fresh ideas to test, and always super responsive to help in any way!
