I have been waiting 10 days! for them to get back to me and process my customers order. They have been slow to respond to my emails even after I asked them if I should find another company. So I will be transitioning over to a new company.
I started a new store and needed a lot of different items for sports teams and fans including hoodies, crewnecks, dry fit, long sleeve, short sleeve, different types of hats like twill or trucker plus men, women, youth and anything else the teams ask for on a daily basis!
Because Print Melon carries so many brands, they have made it easy to find exactly what I need. Every order that has been submitted has been sent out quicker than expected and the customer service is beyond amazing!
The owner is attentive, personable and really listens to what I have needed for these special orders. He has called me several times to verify or show a sample of unique orders and has been willing to take on projects that not many drop shipping companies would take on.
I am happy that they have made my idea a reality and am thankful for the products and customer service!
I ordered sample products from Print Melon and received them in less than a week, super fast shipping as well as packaging. When they arrived, they were packed individually inside a clear bag, the prints look super neat, app is very easy to navigate and user friendly. I'm so happy to find this print on demand app.
We appreciate your business, thanks for using our app. its our pleasure to be your Print on demand partner.
