Printful: Print on Demand

Zeer tevreden over Printful. Ik gebruik het voor mijn eigen kledingmerk en vind vooral de eenvoudige koppeling met Shopify en de vele mogelijkheden voor bedrukking en vorduring erg prettig. Producten ontwerpen en toevoegen aan mijn webshop werkt overzichtelijk. Een fijne manier om een kledingmerk op te bouwen zonder meteen grote voorraden te hoeven inkopen.

Interface qui a un bug, le descriptif qui était en français passe desormais en anglais alors que tous les parametres sont réglés en français sur printful et shopify. Les premiers jours cela fonctionnait mais plus maintenant. Obligé de tout traduire donc perte de temps considérable.
Si rien ne bouge, direction la concurrence pour l'ouverture de ma boutique

I'm enjoying the app, but I wish the mockup experience was better. It's confusing especially when you want to either use your own mockups or change existing mockups when you have a single product with multiple designs.

Easy to use. I was able figure out how to use it without reading articles or watching YouTube videos. I do with there was some help text on some of the form fields, especially for include shipping costs in sales prices. I was able to figure out what that meant even though it took me a little time to figure it out.

I just switched from a different printer and Printful has been easy to use, helpful when I had questions, and they seem to be timely with their fulfillment!

Insanely good and easy to setup!

It saves so much time that I can spend on creating more products or marketing my store.
The days with constant fiddeling on some small detail to get things to work are gone, thank you for this!

Initially, I had great experiences with Printful. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill quite a bit. I usually use DTG printing, and there were 3 shirts a customer of mine custom ordered from me so they could decide what amongst them they wanted to use for a larger order. Something was wrong with all 3. Printful customer service was awful, they just sent links to articles about not guaranteeing the look with DTG printing, they blamed me for picking a dark shirt with dark ink, except the shirts weren't dark, and the mockups showed up with the designs being very visible. Then they said the mockups aren't accurate and are backlit. But, we use those mockups for our listings, so I don't know why they would stand behind a faulty visual. Also, one of the shirts had a large darker colored square around the design, looking like they used a heat press for a supposedly printed design. Customer service was unwilling to remedy the issues or issue any refunds. They did not take accountability. Printful is also going to be raising their prices for the 2nd time this year. It's time I went with another provider.

Works great. Just make sure you have a funded account connected, else your order will display as "processing", but actually nothing is happening. There should be a better internal Shopify app warning when there is a funding account issue b/t Printful and payment account. I had customers waiting bc a CC had expired. Neither Shopify nor Printful alerted me. I had to "go and check" after orders didn't arrive.

The Print On Demand combined with backend fulfillment is making it easier to run an e-commerce store. Since my store is new, I opted to approve all orders and pay for the Printful services on my end. This works fine for me at this point because total revenue are going into my Shopify account. Overall the integration between Shopify and Printful is efficient, effective and complete allowing me to feel confident in the operation of my store when customers place orders!
