Ridiculously slow support response times. I have been waiting 4+ days for a reply to a support ticket related to poor print quality reported by customers. In the meantime, we continue to take orders not knowing if there's a problem with the artwork or the print network providers. They claim 24/7 support, but I think 24/7 is how many days/weeks it may take for a response. How does a business survive in 2026 with customer service this poor?
Sorry you’ve been stuck waiting this long. We understand how important it is to get faster updates, and we always try our best to help as fast as possible. Excellent app for beginners and newly formed upstarts.
The overall experience is pretty good. But I think the app lack some features aiming to more control over how to organize collections of products. The app should have the possibility for grouping products in folders or collections. This way users can have more control on how we organize and access the products we create.
