I love the choice and variety of products and the connecting to my Shopify store was easy. Okay the shipping part was a little difficult but once I got the hang of it it was smooth sailing. I would like to see some more options of choosing the ethnic group of the models for my mocking because 85% of my sales are to people of color and representation is very important to the culture.

A year ago I contacted Printify and expressed concern that all the kids models for the products that I was selling in my store were white. That was the default. My brand celebrates Black culture, so it's a bit inauthentic for me to have a white baby wearing a shirt that affirms Blackness. I asked customer service if there were Black models and they said no. One year later, nothing has changed. Sad.

We understand that it is important to have more diversity in models in our mockups/catalog. This is already in the process and are planning to add more mockups for adults and kids clothing and other items with people of different ethnicities. We sincerely appreciate your suggestion. So far so good! Printify has allowed me to easily expand my product line and I love the ease with which orders are handled. They have always been quick to respond to any questions. One note: Don't use the auto populated item descriptions verbatim. (PS. If you want good SEO and unique content, you'll have to rewrite your item descriptions to make them stand out and not shoved to the back of Google searches.)
We have been able to create over 30 products with over 500 choices in our online store these past few months. We have purchased several sample products to see the beautiful unique images on the outstanding high quality everyday products we are creating. This is a fabulous experience offering products through an online store. Thank you Printify & have a great summer!

I have Printify directly connected to my Shopify store. The selection of products is good and the fulfillment process is seamless and fully automated. My customers are very happy with the quality of the products. Customer service is on top of any issues you may have. I had an issue with releasing an order to production, due to me changing my payment account. I got it fixed through the chat option in less than 5 minutes.

Printify is TOP NOTCH. I don't say that lightly. Their product creator is intuitive, and you have complete control over how your files are placed on the products. And the mockups look really good! They are unique in how they give you an honest estimate for how long it will take for your products to arrive. And it changes based on season, so you always have a good idea of production times. And lastly, the quality.... EXCELLENT.

** edit ** initially I was disappointed because I couldn't get any assistance ( and I should've been more patient considering the time of the year and how busy they probably were , def my bad ) after getting assistance from a wonderful team member , they helped me understand everything , we got all the issues fixed and no problems .. and I just got my first 2 orders in ( T shirts ) and the quality is excellent and shipping was very fast ! Very pleased

I've been using Printify for nearly a year now, and I am so happy with every element of it. It did take a little trial and error to find printers that are consistently reliable (definitely invest in some product testing!), but customer support is always so helpful when there is a misprint or other issue. It's super easy to set up new products, duplicate products, and adjust pricing. Printify is also always improving and adding new features. Definitely recommend it!

Printify has really helped me grow my print on demand business. The interface is very easy to use and is helpful when you have a store with a lot of products to manage. They do an excellent job of carrying unique pod products in their catalog and are adding new products almost daily. Their customer service is really awesome too. If there's an issue with an order (lost in the mail, arrived damaged, etc) they are super quick to respond and helpful with either reprinting or refunding the order.

Honestly, at the end of the day, it's not about the app, but the customer service and final product.
I have ordered a few things. Leggings from a vendor that decided not to work with Printify anymore so the customer had to wait an extended time. The second was sample products which the final over the quality of the print material used was seriously lacking. I am looking to find alternatives to make the shirts I design myself.
I've ordered one more sample item and the company printing the hoodie doesn't even provide tracking so I have no idea when it will arrive.
