Customer Service and system set up are top tier, I feel supported and informed which is a big deal as a 1st time user and POD seller!

It is very easy to set up and makes the process a lot easier in terms of getting a business running.

This app makes designing and setting up clothing and sales super simple, I would recommend it to anyone trying to start a business!

It just works, and I never have to worry about it. I love that I can rely on the connection to my shop and the orders are routed and status updated correctly.

They have provided outstanding support when using their tools over and over again. I'm impressed; other companies could take a few lessons from them to improve their customer service. Well done, Printify.

I am new to Printify and have been running into little issues, and I am sooo tired of reading help articles. So, I was not happy that the Help Bot kept sending me articles to read. However, I understand about controlling call volume. Once I was connected to a live agent, it was smooth runnings. Margie was very helpful and, yes, she did send me links to try (LOL) but somehow I felt better knowing I was talking to a human being. I am pleased with my first time reaching out to Printify.
