I love this app; it gives you so many options to work with and very easy navigation.
The inability to speak with a person makes seemingly small issues march larger. We have to use Gemini, Youtube, and other resources at times to find the answers to our questions. We understand that they want to keep the cost down and having actual customer service reps to answer a call over mundane issues is expensive. Even Google and Meta have live people to help if only to help escalate issues faster or to the appropriate department. Once we have a steady customer base we are going to look into production on our own as Printify doesn't have the customer support we require at times.
Thank you for your feedback 🙏. While we don't offer phone support, our team is available 24/7 via live chat and email, and we'd encourage you to reach out whenever you have questions. You can also connect with other sellers in our Facebook Rockstars group and the Printify Sellers Club, where mentors work 1:1 with sellers to help grow their businesses. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us.
Extremely easy to use and integrates very well with Shopify. Works with Shopify to streamline a lot of the design changes to your products list. Highly recommend it. There is a free version that you can try that gives you access to the most used functions. I'll be upgrading to the Pro version soon. Highly recommend for anyone who needs print-on-demand services.

Very easy to use. One of the best ways to start of business with little to not money to start.
I deleted and canceled this app last year and have been getting billed the entire time since. Just got a charge for around $40 USD and have not used it since last year.
Please help!!!
Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the confusion. Printify doesn't charge for installing or using the Printify app. It looks like this charge is from Shopify, so we recommend contacting Shopify Support to review your billing details 🙏.
Easy to use and does the job!
