the price of shipping is off. Even when it says $4.75 to USA or $6.75 or so to Canada it ends up being over $13 to Canada. So be careful when pricing your product to include shipping so it doesn't end up costing you money to sell products. Plan your profit margins higher than you need, and expect they will not be as high as indicated.
Thank you for your review! 🙏 We're sorry to hear that the shipping costs are higher than expected. This is not the experience we aim to provide our customers.
We would like to look into this case, please share order details with us here 👉 https://printify.typeform.com/to/Pua3qgMA

Production process is too slow. I need faster. Not 2-5 days.
Thanks for your feedback 🙏 Production speed depends on several steps, including order processing, printing, quality checks, and fulfillment capacity, so it’s not always simple to shorten. We’ll pass this to the relevant team as we continue looking for ways to improve 💙.

Their system works good.
Combined with Canva for mockups and image work it is AWESOME. Keeping up with orders is a breeze. The product selections are varied, production and delivery times are fantastic. From start to finish this is THE app to use for POD.
