Printify: Print on Demand

Good quality productions, greatly misleading "lead times" and poor customer service.

They have a product that I source (a blanket) and they advertise an "average production time" of 1.4 days and 2-5 business days for shipping. I based our Mothers Day sale off of what they advertise.... suddenly that 1.4 days production time turned to 11 or 12 days after my orders were placed. They even had the nerve to say "it's just an average, not a guarantee".

Averages don't sway by 10x.

No offer to help at all. I asked for a partial refund (since I'm going to need to refund my customers) and they declined to even offer that.

Bad customer service from an apparently unreliable company who admittedly provides good quality products.

I love Printify, I have been using for over a year now and I have no plans on leaving. Easy to use and great support. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

I feel like many of the products are super expensive. Your platform works great with Shopify, so I appreciate that. Shipping is also extremely high on many items, but I have noticed that some of the items have been adjusted.

I like that I can integrate more than one store. It will allow me to create in one place but send my designs to more than one marketplace. This saves me time. However, I have an issue with not being able to remove mockups. Even though I do not mark them to be used with this unisex item, when saving to my stores the mock ups follow the design. With the girly pattern, this is a bit of an inconvenience - the masculine point of view is separate. Or, I want it to be....

It is a very user friendly to design and make products. Seller or Merchant platform could become greater by exporting product details to a spreadsheet for integration to other platforms like Amazon which to date it doesn't have. Also Pop Up store could move from the Beta Phase to a more enriching online display store platform.

For the most part it's very simple/straightforward. It is difficult to see things as far as different printing options, only different products available for printing

I had some painting professionally digitized, and then I uploaded the images to printify and ordered some test prints. The prints were great! The color is almost exactly the same as the original paintings.

Printify has been a game-changer for my business. The platform is user-friendly, offers a wide range of products, and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. The automated order processing and competitive pricing make it easy to manage and profitable. Plus, the customer support team is exceptional. Highly recommend to any new e-commerce entrepreneur!

I have been using Printify for my custom printing needs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The customer service at Printify is always on point. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, their team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to work with a company that values its customers and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. With Printify, I feel confident that my orders are in good hands, and I look forward to continuing to use their platform for my printing projects. Highly recommend!

It's great at making products and shipping, and there are many products to choose from. I like how easy it is to use. I wish there was a way to personalize products for Shopify without using another app.
