It's OK... could be better. More premium items; better and faster communication with customer service; I was on hold for a live agent just recently and nothing. I think I was in queue for an hour and no response.

I am absoutely loving this app so far. I plan on expanding my An American Treasure brand to serve my All Natural Beauty Nation with lifestyle and more using this beautiful catalog and my prints I am creating. When asked why my products would not migrate into Printify, I began a long journey of a frustrating emails trying to ask one question. For over a month I have received emails that stated "we need to forward this to the tech department". As of today I have not received a solid answer to this question.
I do not recommend this company just for the fact that the communication department relies highly on AI to answer the questions.

So far its worth the 30 bucks a month. Just ordered a test shirt to see how they show up. With what i have been able to do in the last month as a new business owner who thought they were just going to zendrop everything is crazy. You spend a lot of time designing stuff but its actually kind of your stuff you are selling not some random generic logo products. Charging seems straight forward. 30 a month subscription and you pay for products out of pocket before they are shipped. expect to have the money on hand for sales if using shopify because they only pay out certain days or something. over time you could just leave money in your shopify balance to cover sales.

great app only thing to recommend is to make popular items for example for shoes like nike air force shoes
