I received two automatic top-up charges of $43.61 and $57.29 even though my campaigns were paused. I’ve contacted support about this but haven’t received a response.
Hello, you're right about this, and we are sorry for both the
original issue and the delay in getting back to you. we've refunded
both auto-charges in full and disabled auto-charge on your account
so nothing else can happen. I've followed up on your email with
the specific log you asked for. If the review reflects your
current experience once we've closed this out, I'd appreciate you
updating it. If not, that's fair too.
Extremely misleading experience.
The app reported add-to-carts and checkout activity that did not appear in Shopify analytics, visitor recordings, or abandoned checkouts.
The dashboard gives the impression of campaign performance without providing real transparency into traffic sources or actual Meta ad data.
Based on our experience, the reported metrics did not appear trustworthy.
