It's no surprise that the price is so low; the app messed up the pricing and doesn't work properly.
I wasted my time trying to set it up. The developer promised to update the stop button, but it seems the app is either incomplete or still in development. Overall, the app does not work.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience, particularly regarding the pricing issues and the time spent setting up the app.
We'd like to assure you our team has also restored the Stop button functionality, as promised.
We've reached out to you via email to better understand the pricing issues you encountered and offer our assistance, but we haven't yet heard back from you. We'd genuinely appreciate the opportunity to investigate your concerns and help you get the app working as expected.
If you're willing to give us another chance, please get in touch with our support team. We'd be happy to work with you to address your concerns and help you have a better experience with the app.
Thank you for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to make things right.
Mi experiencia con esta app durante mucho tiempo fue buena. Sin embargo, la última vez que la use programé el cambio de precios a una determinada hora y no funcionó, lo cual es frustrante porque es lo único que debe hacer esta app.
Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that your experience with the app has been good over the years, and we sincerely apologize that the scheduled price change didn’t work as expected this time.
We reached out to you, investigated the issue, and have now resolved it. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to fix it. We’ll continue working to ensure scheduled price changes run reliably as expected.
Thank you again for your patience and for your continued trust in our app!
Great app for editing prices in bulk and saving time. It’s easy to use, reliable, and works exactly as needed. The support team is also excellent, quick, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!
Thank you for the most amazing review. We're happy you're pleased with the results and that we were able to help. If there's anything else we can do to help, please let us know. And we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback!
