Excellent app and outstanding support

We use Product Auction Pro for our weekly art auctions, and it gives us exactly the auction functionality we need: a professional bidding experience, bidder notifications, and a clear way to feature the current auction on our Shopify store.

What really stands out is the support. Jeffrey was exceptionally responsive and took the time to help us get the featured auction display configured properly for our site. That level of personal help is rare and very much appreciated.

This is the best auction app I’ve managed to find for our board game community. Jeffrey, the founder of Auction Pro, has also been very responsive whenever we’ve reached out regarding issues or questions.

We had to develop a German-language website for a charity auction and searched a long time for a suitable app. "Auction Pro" was the only suitable option, and it turned out to be a lucky find. Very well integrated into the Shopify platform, it was easy to work with and to create the individual objects and adapt all pages and templates to the design of the client's organization. We were even able to localize all relevant text into German – even though the app doesn't officially supply a German translation.

The best part was the excellent support from Jeffrey Quach, who helped with our inquiries within a very short time and even integrated some special requests into the app. That's not something you'd expect – and given the low price, it's a truly great service.
One of the best experiences in a long time, highly recommended. We are completely satisfied with the implementation process and the results.

We needed help integrating and displaying some elements in our new theme after installing the app. Jeffrey was incredibly quick to get back to us via email and resolved all of our questions and issues! I installed the app, which worked fine, but the app produced several errors and did not work, which I forwarded to the developers with screenshots.
I deleted the app and gave it a bad rating because I didn't receive a response from support even after 5 days - that's not right! I've always had the experience that you have to adjust apps and contact support, which has always worked so far - but no response at all is not okay.

Very responsive support and appreciate the API endpoint for headless capability. I like how styling the app's widgets is integrated into Shopify's native sections and blocks.

This is an incredible app that does exactly what it sets out to do. It allows stores to easily set up and run auctions and has every feature we could want for leveraging that type of sales channel.

In addition, the support for this app is unmatched. The developers go above and beyond to help resolve any issue or question. You can tell the developers care about Shopify and their clients.

Auction Pro was easy to install and integrate.

There's clear step by step instructions on everything from creating to fulfilling auctions.

The only small downside is the slight restriction on design customisation(althought this is being addressed in future updates).

Auctions are easy to schedule, and the duplication feature makes it easy to set up multiple similar items in a short space of time.

Perhaps most importantly, the support is top notch. Jeffrey answers any questions I might have in a quick and friendly manner, and is always willing to take on ideas on how to improve the app.

An easy 5 out of 5!

We've been using this for a while now and it works great. The support though, is incredible. Any time we need ANYTHING, we get help right away and it exceeds our expectations. I can't recommend this app enough.
