As a streetwear brand, showcasing both the front and back design of our products is essential. This app does exactly that with ease. Simple, clean, and functions perfectly. With just one hover, our audience can instantly view both sides of our apparel, improving the shopping experience and helping customers make quicker decisions. It’s a small feature with a big impact. Highly recommended for any brand that needs to visually highlight product details without complicating the layout.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that the app is helping your brand showcase your products the way they deserve. Our goal has always been to keep things simple yet impactful, and it's great to know that the hover feature is enhancing your customers’ experience. If you ever need any support or have ideas for future features, we’re just a message away. Wishing you continued success with your streetwear brand!
I initially gave a 2-star rating due to an issue in the Frequently Bought Together (FBT) section — videos or GIFs would autoplay on hover or light touch, especially on mobile, interfering with the "Add to Cart" button and disrupting the user experience.
However, I was happy by how quickly the development team responded to my concern. They were helpful, professional, and proactive in assisting me with a solution.
Thanks to the prompt support, I'm updating my rating to 5 stars. Great customer service makes all the difference!
Thank you so much for updating your review and for giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue!
We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad our team could assist you quickly and effectively. Our goal is to provide not only a powerful app but also top-notch support to ensure everything runs smoothly for your store.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions or suggestions in the future — we're always here to help!
Thanks again for your trust and for the 5-star update! 🌟
