love this app! makes it easy for when i dont want to add an extra variant to my products. Had some questions on editing fonts and colors and the chat box was SUPER HELPFUL! Will definitely keep this app for life (:

Excellent support and fast resolution! I ran into an issue where my personalization fields were no longer working, and Lesandra stepped in and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Not only was the problem resolved right away, but she also had a fantastic attitude throughout the process—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
It’s rare to get this level of support these days. Highly recommend this app, especially knowing their team is there when you need them!

Not working if you already have option in shopify. You cannot add a simple checkbox+upsell applying to every option price.
+Ugly it mades my premium theme "clunky" + cannot setup a dynamic picture when you hit the box.

Some of the concerns mentioned can be theme-related and are often resolved with a quick check by our support team. We’d be happy to help if you decide to reach out anytime.
Their new customer service has been amazing for us! They replied in about 15 minutes and were so helpful and nice! We love this app
