Not possible to cancel in the app. When I emailed asking to cancel I got no response and then got billed again at the next billing date. Shame because app actually worked well and I used it for several years but no longer have a need for it.
Of course it is possible to cancel the app. You did so yourself.
Looking at our records:
1) we responded to your chat message 19 minutes after receiving it
2) we responded to your email 45 minutes after receiving it
And both messages were sent outside our normal business hours.
As our reviews show, we provide some of best support you will find.
3) "I got no response and then got billed again at the next billing date" this makes no sense. The app was uninstalled on June 8, 2026 at 7:00 am minutes after we replied to your support messages and email. How long after receiving the messages must we reply for you not to get "billed again at the next billing date"? 1 minute after instead of 19 and 45 minutes after? If we replied 1 second after the billing would have been exactly the same. It's completely unrelated to our reply time.
Furthermore we do not control billing. This is done by Shopify but we do have the ability to issue a refund. If you want a refund: contact our support team.
Easy to use, helpful support, and saved our business a couple hundred dollars! Quick response when I needed help and make our collection pages much easier to navigate.
Really good service. They help me with translation and custom developing, it was really good service. Application is maybe little "old school" but it does what it need. If you want to develope your descriptions this is good application. Jerry / Tyyni Earplugs
Top marks for this app, exactly what we needed for our site. Twice in quick succession I have reached out to these guys because of minor issues (to do with out theme) both times, Tim, got in touch very quickly and sorted things out for me even quicker. Thanks Tim!

I looked for a year for an app like this and when I found it I thought I was dreaming. This app took away a lot of headaches from me-- I'm so glad I found it. Their customer service is absolutely great!. Skye, went adobe and beyond to accommodate my custom website to this app. My long text is hiding and my website looks clean. Wow! This app is perfect, and even more importantly, the service and help from the team is first class! We had a query about a customisation to fit our website, and Skye came back to us immediately and provided assistance with the install and custom edits to make sure it was flawless. We were also really impressed that Skye took the time to notice other aspects of our website that may be affected by the app and ensure that they would all work in conjunction with each other. The app works brilliantly and we no longer have the issue of a ridiculously long product description page! Thank you so much!
App does a great job at shortening descriptions on the product page and it can also shorten descriptions on the collection pages with a small piece of code implemented which the support team were great at guiding.
The only downside is you can't have one description length for your product pages and another for your collection pages. If you only want to show the first 30 words it does this on both pages.
Will be keeping a close eye on our metrics to see if Google penalises us for shortening the text or if they pick up on all the text/content that is beyond the truncated snippet.
Brilliant app that provided a simple solution to showing/hiding long pieces of text on our collection page (whilst not impacting SEO), and even better customer service! We wanted functionality added to our theme liquid code and the guys came back very quickly to help us.... exactly how all customer service should be. We're now looking at how their other apps can help us. 10/10, give them a go!
