VOL Surcharge Fee & Extra Fees

This App actually works for a surcharge on POS "Retail". We are a wholesaler so our products are priced at Wholesale, but some beauty products we can sell to the public, but at a higher price. Everyone can discount, but we needed the opposite which seemed to be impossible to find - until now! Vugar set everything up for me - walked me through the final couple of steps at our Shopify POS and voila, it is all working. Customer tagged retail or doesn't have a wholesale account, automatically the surcharge is added. Staff don't have to do anything - it just happens. Great customer service - very very quick and all was done and running in a very short amount of time, which included me reaching out to Vugar who happens to be the owner who assisted us every step of the way. I had a great experience with VOL Extra Fees, especially with the personal support from Vugar, the founder.

We needed to apply fees based on customers’ locations, but I wasn’t sure how to test whether everything was working correctly for visitors from different countries.

I reached out to Vugar, and he immediately explained how the app detects customer locations using IP geolocation and how we could test the fees using a VPN or temporary country settings.

Since I wasn’t comfortable changing the settings myself and didn’t want to risk affecting our live store, I asked if he could handle the testing for me.
