You already had your wholesale pricing in place, but needed Shopify POS to automatically recognize retail customers and apply the correct surcharge—without asking your staff to remember extra steps or manually adjust prices.

I have to say, your comment about not wanting to mess up anything on your live store really stuck with me. That's exactly why I believe support should go beyond simply explaining what buttons to click.

When you're dealing with location-based fees, it's completely reasonable to want proof that everything works correctly for customers in different countries. And if I can do the testing myself, check both the cart and checkout, and send you screenshots instead of making you figure out VPNs and technical settings, why wouldn't I? 😄

I'm especially happy you appreciated that we didn't just say "it works" but actually showed you the results. That's the level of transparency and personal attention I want every merchant to experience with VOL.
