After using this app, I truly realized the importance of quick and efficient service inquiry for your business. An easy WhatsApp button leads my customers to an inbox answering their queries without much hustle on my part. Since every inquiry is saved in inbox, this has allowed me to follow -up on abandoned carts as well. Great idea, huge utility!
