Sami AI Product Labels & Badge

This an easy App to use and satisfies my requirements of adding labels to products very well. I had a small issue which I couldn't fathom and had to contact support. Their response was swift and supportive, providing the solution.

After reviewing various different product label apps decided to go for this one on an initial trial. Setting up the badge/ label is very easy and intuitive with a lot of options to choose from. Straight away Annie from support let me know she was available if needed. There was a slight issue in getting the label I needed to display on all products on a collection page, but within minutes support connected and the issue resolved very quickly. Amazing support! Look forward to using the app and all the features in our store.

Great App! Badges work great and customer service is always there to help if theres any problems. They work very quickly to resolve a problem and they do actually resolve it! I get everything I was hoping for and needing out of this App. I own a furniture brand and often need to badges for pre-order items or low stock items, which I change all the time and it works great. I also have shopping related badges that simultaneously live on the product pages full time, they all load and appear just fine. You can even change the badge on different variant options. The one issue I had was with one type of badge disappearing sometimes with different variant options, but when I reached out to customer service about it, they fixed it within 12 hours. All my badges work beautifully on mobile and desktop! great app, very much worth the price !

Great app with lots of useful features and very flexible settings. One suggestion for the free plan: deleted badges still count toward the 2-badge limit. It would be better if only active badges counted.

This app is great and works in a very simple easy to use way. My website is always through bugs and not displaying things as they should. I generally find this out when I'm about to launch something important, and the web dev team are incredibly responsive. They have always been able to fix anything I ask of them. Highly recommend

The tech support is very helpful, the app is a bit clunky (the free version at least). I wanted to create a badge with a hover-over tooltip. Haley (excellent customer service) helped me make it exactly the way I envisioned it.
Unfortunately, you have to upgrade to make the tooltip work. It was not clear at all in the so that the hover over option wasn’t available in the free version. I spent hours troubleshooting it. Thank you Haley for helping me!

Excellent app with great features and outstanding support. It's easy to set up, highly customizable, and works seamlessly with our Shopify store. The automated product labels save us a lot of time, and the support team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. Highly recommended!

Great app — simple to use and works well for adding clean product labels and badges without overcomplicating the store design. Easy setup, intuitive interface, and exactly what I needed for improving product presentation. Highly recommend for Shopify merchants who want better visual merchandising.

fue muy comoda de utilizar, rapida, me encanta que sea gratis, lo que si siento que los estilos de badges son un poco limitados, pero por lo demas perfecto

Great an easy solution with lots of options regarding the design (custom badges) and layout (visiblity on specific pages).
Customer Service was also very helpful to implement minor adjustment to make this function fully on our specific theme.
