The product support is excellent and rather efficient.
Desktop UI is pretty clean and customizable but it's not so optimized on mobile.
E.g. multi column forms on desktop show as single column on mobile but with a small gap on the left of all non-first-column fields.
I've also had some issues using SKU inventory quantity with the options but I understand integrations like these tend to be problematic.
E.g. Inventory 0 but option shows as if there's inventory.
The product fills a gap in the Shopify ecosystem well. The tech support for the app is excellent, the team were able to solve our issues and get the website working. Would recommend.

We are very satisfied with the customization possibilities, with options that are both flexible and varied, perfectly meeting our needs. The "conditional logic" feature is particularly powerful and adds real value.
We did encounter some difficulties when trying to include certain options in emails and invoices, but the support team was extremely responsive and dedicated. They were able to guide us effectively and provide all the solutions we needed.

I tried many apps in order to insert some add-ons in my personalized products (with no budget for it!)! This app is perfect for me, I'm using the Premium version, that is actually the best cost/benefit to me!
The support team is also excellent at communication and always ready to help me. I contacted them already a few times and always solved my issues!
