The product support is excellent and rather efficient.
Desktop UI is pretty clean and customizable but it's not so optimized on mobile.
E.g. multi column forms on desktop show as single column on mobile but with a small gap on the left of all non-first-column fields.
I've also had some issues using SKU inventory quantity with the options but I understand integrations like these tend to be problematic.
E.g. Inventory 0 but option shows as if there's inventory.
The product fills a gap in the Shopify ecosystem well. The tech support for the app is excellent, the team were able to solve our issues and get the website working. Would recommend.
Thank you for the great feedback! We're glad Acowebs Product Options & Addons is working well for your store. It's great to know our Shopify product options are helping your store.
Fast and friendly customer service if you need help figuring it out! Includes more features than others do at the pricepoint.
