Installed the App, everything went fine but one element was not showing.
I contacted customer support, got feedback within 5 minutes and the problem was solved in under 10 minutes. Mike from the Support-Team helped me out perfectly.

(In the end it was just a checkmark i oversaw and the App was working just fine)

Its a really good app with a vast variety of different usages. Making your products more dynamic and customizable. Its realtively easy to handle and works very good. The many templates make it so that you can implement these features pretty fast. Having your cutomers engage more with your products, customizing them or adding accessories is very useful.
The support is very nice and helpful. They answered fast and could help me exactly the way I needed.
But the app also has its limits. I personally couldnt find all features I wanted to have, but thats okay. Beside that I find it a bit lacking in the visual sense. There arent that many personalisation options. Unless you know code you need to contact the support for features that should just be simple options to begin with.

The app works very well, and whenever we have problems or need customization, the support team—especially Roise—is very quick to help. We are very satisfied with the app.

Support Chat ist mega, Mike hat super schnell geholfen. Individuelle Container mussten für die Kunden hinzugefügt werden. Mit Shopify funktioniert die App super, Support immer erreichbar.

So happy I switched to Globo for several reasons. Customer service is fantastic! Anne was extremely helpful and was able to resolve my issue’s immediately! The app is great because it allows many more options that are not available on other apps. Allows for a seamless customer check out on the website.
