We had been spending hours trying to troubleshoot a particularly frustrating issue with our live personalization preview. After reaching out to Zepto, Muhtasim responded quickly, understood the problem, and went beyond simply offering suggestions—he actually implemented a custom fix that addressed the issue across both our live and preview themes.

What we had spent hours going in circles trying to resolve, he was able to tackle remarkably quickly.

The 24/7 customer chat is extremely helpful when getting feedback as opposed to emailing and waiting for a response. I was very surprised how quickly they diagnosed and resolved an issue with the compatibility with my theme. My issue involved dynamic pricing on the product page and they tested, diagnosed and resolved the issue within a minute. They do try hard to provide good customer service.
